Carnival Cruise Lines is one of the cruise lines forming the World’s Leading Cruise Lines Alliance with Holland America, Cunard, Princess, Yachts of Seabourn and Costa Lines. The North American market is the dominate market for Carnival Cruises. In alliance with the above cruise lines, P & O Cruises and Ocean Village serve the United Kingdom.
Carnival Cruises will offer three 12-night cruises, one in September and two in October 2009 from Civitavecchia, Rome. The holiday destinations are Naples, Durbrovnik, Venice, Messina, Sicily, Barcelona, Monaco and Livorno before returning to Rome. Two days of ‘Fun Day at Sea’ will be part of these cruises.
Several cruises on Carnival Cruise Lines are available for 2010 from Miami, Florida to holiday locations in the Eastern and Western Caribbean Islands. In addition, there are cruises from New York to Canada scheduled for 2010, which include two ‘Fun Day at Sea’ adventures. Carnival Cruises offers one cruise from New York to Bermuda and Newport, Road Island in April 2010.
Carnival Cruises does not provide transatlantic cruises to or from the United Kingdom, however other cruise lines owned by Carnival Corporation, which form the WLCC marketing alliance, offer cruises to New York; Portland, Maine; Halifax and Quebec, Canada; Boston and other North American holiday destinations.
